What is impressive with this detection is the fact that XO-1 is an 11th mag. star, farther away and thus much fainter than HD209458 and HD189733.

If they can pull this off for XO-1b, they may well be able to do it for many of the XO, TrES, HAT and WASP planets.

Definitely! With HST serviced and good-as-new, I'm hoping a close look is taken at those transiting systems.
