We do not know exact radius and mass of Eris can be the same story

Actually we do, thanks to stellar occultations and Dysnomia's orbital period. Eris is a hair width smaller but mich more massive than Pluto.

Didn't we have stellar occultations for Pluto, and an orbital period of Charon as well?
(With the obvious caveat that a single stellar occultation only sets a lower limit on the size of an object.)

Seems like that may not be wrong, eh?

There were a bunch of New Horizons papers today, so I suppose it would be fitting to link them here.

Surface Compositions Across Pluto and Charon

The Small Satellites of Pluto as Observed by New Horizons
