Planet-mimicking variability in Gamma Draconis (Eltanin)

Hatzes et al. "The Radial Velocity Variability of the K-giant Gamma Draconis: Stellar Variability Masquerading as a Planet"

Combined with the fact that several proposed multiplanet systems around K-giants are dynamically unstable, this raises the possibility that quite a few of the planet candidates around K-giants are actually the effect of intrinsic stellar variability.
