this is not news at all,With today Technology,there many ways to shield cosmic radiation,like artificial magnetic shield,water cover for the Spaceship.(artificial gravity would be a much big issue that cosmic radiation)

What is new is that cosmic radiation also could accelerate the onset of Alzheimer’s disease
