Extrasolar planet population synthesis

Extremely interesting papers on ArXiv. The second one suggests that indeed, we're only knee-deep in the exoplanet lake, and predicts an explosion of newly detectable planets at precisions at the sub metre-per-second accuracy level. Definitely worth discussion!
